MICROFILTRATION
Membranes allow water, ions, dissolved organic material, small colloids, and viruses to pass through while retaining larger contaminants such as:
Algae
Bacteria
Pathogenic protozoa
Giardia lamblia
Crypotosporidium
Sediment, including sand, clay, and complex metals/particles

THE MODULAR WATER TREATMENT CONTAINER STATIONS
The modular water treatment container stations are designed to provide high-quality water to settlements and industrial facilities that are far from communications, where the infrastructure necessary to accommodate the cleaning equipment is missing, and capital construction is not possible.
Block-modular water treatment plants provide cleaning and disinfection of water from underground and surface sources.
It is equipped with heating, lighting, ventilation, fire extinguishing and thermal insulation systems.
There’s also a non-volatile version of the system, equipped with a diesel generator and, in some cases, a solar battery. All container stations comply with fire safety standards and are made in anti-vandal performance.
The system can also be supplemented with a separate container with a system of storage and distribution of clean water.

FILTRATION SYSTEM
Filtration is a separation process of impurities from air, water & wastewater. In water & wastewater management, filtration is adopted in the initial stages to remove the colloidal & suspended impurities. Multi grade sand filters & cartridge filters are some of examples.
In the tertiary stages, Ultra filtration & Reverse osmosis filtration is adopted, Here we get a crystal clear water for reuse.

MICROFILTRATION (MF) and ULTRAFILTRATION (UF)
They solve a variety of process liquid and purification needs, generally with low operational costs and a small footprint. MF and UF are typically incorporated within a larger treatment process, and when used to pretreat process streams. MF/UF systems are effective at preventing costly fouling of downstream equipment, such as RO units or removing bacteria and virus from drinking water.
Membrane filtration is a physical separation process that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove suspended solids from a liquid stream. MF and UF, along with Nano filtration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO), are all examples of pressure driven membrane filtration.
MF and UF systems share much in common with one another, with the main difference being that UF is able to catch finer particles than MF due to the comparatively smaller pore sizes of UF membranes.

REVERSE OSMOSIS
Reverse osmosis system (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a collective property that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter.
Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as biological ones (principally bacteria) from water.
Reverse osmosis systems are typically found in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage industry, metal processing, electroplating, the treatment of boiler feed water in power plants, and the generation of potable water from brackish water or seawater.
